📖 My Story: A Lifetime of Natural Healing
The Innate Gift
My journey didn’t begin in a classroom; it began with a touch. Since I was a very young child, I somehow simply knew where pain lived and how to help it release. Long before I studied anatomy at the University, I understood the body’s map, and long before I pursued massage therapy or energy healing professionally, the art of restoring balance was already innate within me. Being raised by a neurodivergent mom, those ups and downs gave me a different perspective in life, as well as tools to help myself and others. Which pushed me to learn more about our brains.
A Sensitive Path
Growing up as a sensitive empath gave me a unique perspective on the world. My childhood was shaped by a profound connection to nature and a natural familiarity with the unseen. It was this lifelong spiritual sensitivity—the "knowing" that exists beyond the five senses—that ultimately triggered my deep fascination with how the physical body works.
Bridging Science and Spirit
At my core, I believe that science and spirit are two parts of the same whole. This innate calling led me to pair my intuitive gifts with the rigors of medical, nursing, and chiropractic school. I pursued these disciplines as a way to deeply understand the physical vessels of the souls I felt so drawn to help, allowing me to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and heart-centered care.
Neuro-differences guidance
I am especially fascinated by the intricate workings of the nervous system. This focus grounds my work as a wellness coach -certified as a Neurolinguistic and ADHD coach- where I specialize in neurodiversity and some “invisible conditions” and I am also a parent facilitator at VELA. By understanding how our bodies process the world differently, I strive to create inclusive, flexible spaces where every individual feels truly seen, valued, and supported.
The Creative Pulse
My creative life is just as vital to my practice as my clinical background. I find deep connection through the arts—whether I’m painting, capturing moments through photography, or exploring the culinary arts. I am particularly passionate about music, singing, storytelling, and lyric writing, using the power of words to weave together the emotions and experiences that define our shared humanity.
A New Chapter of Service
I am currently embarking on a soulful new journey as an ordained minister—a path I have held in my heart and aspired toward for over two decades. This chapter allows me to weave my lifelong spiritual practice into a deeper level of service, with a special focus on honoring neurodiversity. Whether through a ceremony, a healing session, spiritual guidance or a house blessing, I am dedicated to creating inclusive, flexible experiences where every unique way of processing the world is respected and celebrated. I aim to bring a sense of heart-centered connection to everything I do, ensuring each encounter is as distinct as the people I serve.
