A Sensitive Path
My journey didn’t begin in a classroom. Since childhood, I simply knew where pain lived. Long before studying anything health related professionally, the art of restoring balance was already innate within me. Growing up as a sensitive empath my childhood was shaped by a profound connection to nature and a natural familiarity with the unseen. This lifelong spiritual sensitivity—the generational "knowing" beyond the five senses—ultimately triggered my deep fascination with how the physical body works and pushed me to understand the intricacies of our bodies and brains.
The Wisdom of the Invisible Storm
While my intuitive gifts opened the door to healing work, my own body became my most profound, humbling teacher. Living daily with the unpredictable realities of chronic invisible illnesses I have had to intimately master the art of the pivot. When your health baseline shifts several times a day like a rollercoaster, traditional, rigid structures no longer apply.
Watching my neurodivergent mother’s lifelong health struggles, combined with my own lived experience, led me to develop a blueprint for daily improvisation, pacing, and self-compassion. I don’t just teach wellness from a textbook; I share a hard-won, generational understanding of what it takes to meet daily responsibilities and trying to protect your peace when your physical vessel changes the rules from hour to hour.
Bridging Science and Spirit
At my core, I believe that science and spirit are two parts of the same whole. This calling led me to pair my intuitive gifts and personal health journey with the rigors of medical, nursing, and chiropractic school. I pursued these disciplines to deeply understand the physical vessels of the souls I am drawn to help, allowing me to bridge the gap between clinical expertise, nervous system biology, and heart-centered care.
Neuro-Differences & Chronic Illness Guidance
Fascinated by the delicate workings of the nervous system, I ground my work as a wellness coach—certified as a Neurolinguistic and ADHD coach—by specializing in neurodiversity and invisible conditions, alongside my role as a parent facilitator at VELA. By understanding how our bodies and brains process the world and manage stress differently, I strive to create inclusive, highly flexible spaces where individuals with unique challenges feel truly seen, safe, and supported.
The Creative Pulse & Service
My creative life is just as vital to my practice as my clinical background. Whether I’m writing, exploring photography, or writing lyrics and creating music, I use the power of creative expression to weave together the emotions that define our shared resilience.
This blends seamlessly into my newest chapter as an ordained minister—a path held in my heart for over two decades. This allows me to weave my lifelong spiritual practice into a deeper level of service. Whether through a ceremony, a healing session, spiritual guidance, or a house blessing, I am dedicated to creating inclusive, and flexible experiences where every unique way of processing the world is celebrated and held in safety.
