Jan Dils

I am a personal injury lawyer and the founder of Jan Dils Attorneys at Law, in Parkersburg, West Virginia.

I am a graduate of Marietta College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both Marketing and Economics. I then went on to receive my Master’s in Business Administration in 1991 and my law degree from West Virginia University in 1994. I am a member of the West Virginia Bar, the National Association of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.

Admitted to practice before all West Virginia state courts, I am also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of West Virginia. My practice area includes helping people involved in disability law and personal injury cases such as Social Security Disability by assisting in filing a claim and acquiring benefits, and Car accidents through distracted driving, and whiplash.
