Although the family unit has changed a bit over the years, I still believe that raising a healthy family is possible through regular communication and informed support for each other. Marriage and family needs to be valued, respected, and continually "updated". The Internet has deeply impacted the family unit. But the internet can also be a source of resources and assistance when keeping informed about positive healthy family dynamics.
