Tommy has been retired for three years after working for defense contractor for 30 years as an engineer. That gave us three years to adjust to a smaller income and more time for him to work on the never ending boat projects He enjoys working with his hands and anything electrical. He knew he wanted to sail and cruise when he purchased a Morgan in 2007. The next chore was convincing his significant other.

Jana retired from teaching this year. After ten years in the classroom it was time to take a break physically and mentally. She has traveld and lived overseas for more than 10 years. Eight of those years were in Taiwan with Tommy and John and the other tjwo or more were in Norway as a teenager. They have a son, John who is attending college. No gradkids yet, so this is one reason why they are doing this now.
