Janardhana Reddy

Janardhana Reddy was born in Chittoor of Andhra Pradesh. Right from an early age he had interests in the upliftment of society and for that reason in his twenties itself he opened a NGO named Viswa Bharathi Kala Niketan which actually did many social work and among them also ran a school for the spastic children. Later in his career Janardhana Reddy became a successful business man in mining industry. Apart from being successful in his mining business he remained a social worker too. His attitude to do social work made him to do lot of welfare activities for the miners and the mining industry workers of the region of Bellary and adjoining areas. Due to all his work, achievements and social contribution he rose to the position of tourism Minister of Karnataka and while being the minister of the state he crafted such schemes and measures which would benefit large sections of the society specially the poor, needy and the impoverished.
