I am not the everyday international business student, actually, I am everything but. Every day, over and over again, I face the challenge of trying to balance my student life, social life and the life of an athlete and still remain a human being. However, between all the ups and downs of my colorful lifestyle, I am certain that even if I was offered an easier way I would never commence it. I can proudly affirm that I love what I do and love the hurdles I have to overcome every day. This builds me into the strong, disciplined and independent woman, who I am longing to be. If you don’t find me in a horse barn or in Rotterdam, I will be in my car travelling around the world, because of my tendency to spontaneously visit places or friends. Subsequently, free time is a luxury which I cannot afford, yet I wouldn’t want it any other way. I am an unwanted perfectionist, who might take on too many challenges at once. Hence, I also tend to strive over limits, but overall this diverse mix of influences, makes me the loving, caring, honest and open-minded person, that I am proud to be.
