Photography has always been my first love, and I still pick up the camera whenever I can. But when COVID-19 turned life upside down, I realized I wanted to make a deeper impact on people’s lives, which led me to counseling. I earned a Master’s in Counseling and diplomas in Child Psychology, Education and Special needs Education, completing numerous trainings along the way, with a special focus on supporting individuals with ADHD and addiction.
I take a people-centered approach, using evidence-based methods like DBT and CBT to empower my clients. For me, every session is about understanding the person first—their strengths, struggles, and goals—so that therapy feels both meaningful and practical. Transitioning from photography to mental health has been a big shift, but it allows me to combine creativity with compassion, helping others navigate challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
