James Jancu

James Jancu is the Principal Consultant at Jancu Brand Development + Events, a professional marketing consultancy in Adelaide, South Australia.

James is a marketing professional and seasoned public speaker with over 18 years of senior management and marketing experience gained in non-profit, luxury retail and corporate environments.

With a proven track record of achievements in the areas of marketing, business development and general business management working in Australia, the United States, New Zealand, South Africa and Malaysia and other global markets, James offers a unique perspective on brand development and collaborative marketing.

James has managed the international operations of a membership based non-profit organisation, created and marketed events across a variety of industries and has headed the marketing and public relations of an American University in Australia, which is consistently ranked in the top 20 universities across the world.

However, James most visible achievements have been in the super luxury automotive industry managing the retail marketing and product launch campaigns for brands such as Bentley, Aston Martin, Bugatti, Lotus and Porsche.

James managed the marketing activities for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars across Australia, including the national launch of the Rolls-Royce Ghost in 2010 where he perfected a collaborative marketing campaign that welcomed many new first-time owners to this aspirational brand--in the midst of the GFC.

James is a Certified Practicing Marketer and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute.
