Teaching Career
I have spent my teaching career at North Glendale Elementary in the Kirkwood School District in Kirkwood, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. Except for one year of teaching fifth grade, I have taught fourth grade since 1999.
District
I currently serve on Kirkwood's ELA District Committee, and have also served the math and social studies district committees over the years.
Education
I have a Bachelor of Journalism from Mizzou, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Webster Univeristy, and began my LIS program last summer at UCM.
