Jane Babb

I am Director of the Trainee and Intern Development Programmes at Arthur Cox, one of Ireland's leading commercial law firms. I came into my current role having trained and practised employment law at Arthur Cox for seven years.

I am committed to facilitating graduates to make an important contribution now, not later. I have the huge pleasure of working with a pool of intelligent, creative, disciplined and driven graduates in an organisation which permits its people to contribute to the best of their ability regardless of seniority.

I have served on the boards of a number of arts organisations and am currently chairman of Pan Pan.
