I am a Clinical Counselor by trade, practicing Biofeedback Therapist starting up a new practice out in Colorado! I teach clients using a computer program, what their stress levels look like via sensors mainly attached to their hand. When they get a sense of what it means to relax and they see their levels change, they then have a choice to get healthier or remain stuck where they are. It's handing them the responsibility to change their physiology so that they feel better. I'm not here to fix them - I teach them empowerment to change themselves.
