Jane Hahn

In addition to counseling on day-to-day corporate matters, Ms. Hahn advises clients on structuring and negotiating the sale of their businesses and the acquisitions of other businesses, both nationally and internationally. She also negotiates and documents complex corporate finance and commercial lending transactions, including syndicated transactions and workout transactions on behalf of commercial lenders and borrowers. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Hahn worked at a products development startup company.
