Janek Pawlik

Having worked with Siebel Systems for two years, Janek Pawlik served as both an operations and project manager. In these roles, Janek Pawlik worked in the Interactive Selling Suite Competency Center and Interactive Selling Services Practice.

With the first of these roles, he oversaw 50 employees alongside managing a business development pipeline. This role assigned Mr. Pawlik the responsibility for the Interactive Selling Solution product lines, such as eConfigurator and eAdvisor. He was involved in these products’ implementation, alongside educating colleagues on their use.

As project manager of the Interactive Selling Services (ISS) Practice, Janek Pawlik used ISS product lines to develop the Siebel-IBM Alliance website. While creating the website, he managed the website developers and related workers.

Outside of Siebel, Mr. Pawlik has experience with the Federal-Mogul Corporation, initially serving as an executive assistant to the president. He was subsequently made a corporate development manager. After two years in the role, during which he oversaw the Fel-Pro Chemical Products Division divestiture, he became a project manager. In the latter position, he managed the Multi-Layer Steel Gasket Business Unit which had projected revenues of over $9 million.
