Janelle Langan

Janelle Langan is a second year law student at the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, FL. Janelle Langan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Simmons College in Boston, MA. While at Simmons College, Janelle Langan was a member of the Alpha Kappa Delta International Sociology Honor Society.

Last summer, Janelle Langan worked for a firm, where her experience was focused on various areas of civil litigation. Through this opportunity, Janelle Langan developed strong writing and research skills, interacted with clients, and attended court proceedings. Most Recently, Janelled Langan worked in the Ethics & Compliance Department of Miami Children's Hospital, where she analyzed the statutory and administrative compliance of regulatory and operational policies.

Prior to attending law school, Janelle Langan focused mainly on the expansion of a post-market, worldwide, corporate-sponsored, pharmaceutical trial into eighteen countries. This position required her to communicate effectively with international organizations, work under deadline pressure, focus attention to detail, and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
