Janelle Spanier

Fitness and wellness educator Janelle Spanier is a native of Northern California, and her teaching philosophy embodies the free spirited and healthy nature of the Californian fitness movement. With a Masters of Arts in Education and certifications in Physical Fitness Training and Advanced Yoga Instruction, Janelle has spent over a decade sharing her inspiring wellness program with a wide range of students -- from middle school girls to college students-- and teaching a variety of classes, ranging from indoor cycling to yoga. Currently, she teaches a popular "Lifestyle Fitness Challenge: 10 weeks to a healthier and happier you" at Stanford University.
