Janelle Troglione

Currently a Sales Coordinator for Asheville, North Carolina's Biltmore Estate, Janelle Troglione earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville (UNCA) in 2005. A student of sociology and mass communication, she graduated cum laude and earned a Mort Cohn Outstanding Scholar Award. Prior to matriculating at UNCA, she studied for two years at North Carolina State University. Today, Janelle Troglione continues to support both schools' athletic programs, cheering on the North Carolina State Wolfpack as well as the UNCA Bulldogs.

While at UNCA, Janelle Troglione served as a Campus Reporter for The Blue Banner and as a Technical Director for Mountain Highlights. In the latter role, she prepared the recording studio for broadcasting and held responsibility for organizing news coverage and off-site feature reporting. Upon graduation, she accepted a position in the Reception and Ticketing Center at Biltmore Estate. Fulfilling the role of Host, Janelle Troglione utilized her BA in Mass Communication, developing relationships with clientele, expanding the estate's sales areas, and improving marketing strategies. She soon earned a promotion to Call Direction Host and Administrative Assistant for Biltmore Group Sales. In her current position as a Sales Coordinator, she travels regularly throughout Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, and the Carolinas, marketing to professionals in higher education.

Although she is a native of North Carolina, Janelle Troglione supports the National Football League's Pittsburgh Steelers. An enthusiastic fan, she appreciates the athleticism and determination required to play the game and especially enjoys cheering on Steelers players Troy Polamalu and Ben Roethlisberger. Ms. Troglione also spends much of her free time outdoors, on the beach or in her garden.
