Jane Marquardt is a businesswoman, philanthropist, attorney, and activist for social justice. Jane has served on the Board of Directors of Management & Training Corporation (MTC) since its inception in 1980 and currently serves as Vice Chair as well as the Director of International Business Development. It is her role to guide and oversee the employment of 9,000+ people around the world. MTC helps disadvantaged populations earn the academic and technical training credentials they need to succeed.

MTC was founded in 1981 with a mission to be a leader in social impact by giving young people the tools they need to find meaningful jobs and become contributing members of their communities. Guided by Jane's leadership, MTC works with the federal Job Corps program, preparing America’s youth to be successful in today’s job market.

Jane Marquardt helps those who are less fortunate in both her professional and personal life. Jane focuses her philanthropic giving in three areas: advocating for social justice and equality, creating opportunities for women, and ensuring access to legal assistance and protections for those less fortunate.

Outside of her professional commitment to support individuals who overwhelmingly hail from troubled or under-resourced backgrounds, Jane Marquardt is also a lifelong supporter of human rights.As a proud member of the LGBTQ community, Jane intimately appreciates the importance of creating a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment in which all citizen of both our nation and our world can work together to build a better future.
