As a business technologist and senior project manager, I have deep experience managing technology projects that are integral to an organization’s core business. I thrive in high change environments.

My MBA from Columbia enables me to work with stakeholders to articulate a project’s business requirements and relate it to the organization’s strategic goals. Then I translate these requirements to the development team, build commitment to a common project vision and manage the project throughout its life cycle.

At JPMorgan Chase, I was a team lead for McKinsey project that merged the tech infrastructure of two heritage banks and another McKinsey project that integrated three siloed organizations into one. For each, one of my responsibilities was C-level communications. At the White House, I chaired the Task Force on Information Technology and led the new technology initiatives.

With the emergence of new media, it was a seamless transition for me to begin helping organizations leverage digital technology, social media, and analytics. For a health care client, I developed Twitter and Facebook campaigns resulting in a 3x increase in participation in a major fundraising event. For a money center bank, I devised Twitter-based strategies to significantly increase attendance and tweeting during the SIBOS global payments event.

I have excellent communications skills that enable me to be particularly effective in structuring strategic partnership deals between technology-based companies, bringing the parties to agreement so the partnership can become revenue positive quickly.
