I'm Janet your advisor on all things beauty! I am currently a stylist/ makeup artist at Picasso Colour Studio in Riverside CA. I am a licensed cosmetologist in the state of CA. My goal is to to be the best hair colorist and makeup artist. I love color ,and the transformations that can be achieved with the right techniques. I aspire to constantly stay current in hair cutting , coloring techniques and makeup application. Continuing education is very important to me. I want to ensure my clients recieve the best and the most current looks there are to offer. I am currently certified in the Brazilian Blowout straightening treatment and in the Dream Catchers bead application in hair extentions. Picasso's Colour Studio owned by Cindy Bleir, who is a Paul Mitchell educator, encourages all its stylist to persure continuing education and to provide the best we can offer to our clients.
