Janet Firth

Maryland, United States

As a Real Estate professional in Maryland, Janet Firth has brought a sense of togetherness to the residents and has really changed these communities for the better.

Janet began her career in the industry in 2005 when she purchased a large sum of property right outside the University of Maryland. Janet Firth redid these properties. These homes went from low-quality to mini masterpieces. The little community that she created became off-campus housing for the students of the University of Maryland. The students were absolutely thrilled with this little community that soon became knwon as "Knox Village."

Janet Firth also had her own property management company called Pinstripe Property Management. She eventually sold the company and Knox Village in 2009. Although it was hard for her to cut ties with the village, she knew she had changed it for the better, forever. Janet remains in close contact with Pinstripe Property Management. Janet is still thriving in the industry and, in addition, furthering her education at the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins for Commercial Real Estate.
