Combining a complementary set of musical and arts administration skills, I have personally negotiated and serviced over 800 engagements worldwide through JEJ Artists, the boutique talent agency I founded in 1996. I have championed internationally acclaimed artists, all of whom are a part of my agency’s story and have shaped the world of music and beyond in a uniquely wonderful way. My select roster of artists are featured in major motion pictures, television, and radio broadcasts, and perform internationally with leading orchestras, music festivals, opera houses, and concert series. I have spearheaded national nonprofit initiatives on behalf of my artists’ personal missions, facilitated commissioned works for and by my artists, and partnered with other major talent agencies and publicists to advance my artists.
I consult for schools, musical organizations, seasoned and emerging artists. I've had the pleasure of consulting, presenting, and working for Townsend School of Music and Robert McDuffie Center for Strings at Mercer University, Morning Brown, Inc. The Joy of Music international television series, North Carolina School of the Arts, Celebrating Grace, Inc., Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, Fort Lauderdale, Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music, Bloomington, and other institutions. On behalf of my artists, I have worked with The Metropolitan Opera, The Apollo (New York), Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Moscow Symphony Orchestra, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Vienna State Opera, Paris National Opera, San Francisco Opera, Philadelphia Orchestra, Pittsburgh Symphony, Cape Town (South Africa) Opera, the National Endowment for the Arts, Kennedy Center, World Expo Shanghai, and more.
I have taught Music Entrepreneurship for ten years for Mercer University’s Townsend School of Music and have mentored young singers, instrumentalists, and conductors at varying performance levels.
I received a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in music from Mercer University.
