Janet Marcusse

Janet Marcusse is falsely imprisoned at FCI Tallahassee in Tallahassee, Florida where she is currently serving 25 years for an alleged "ponzi scheme" which was changed to "honest services fraud" when prosecutors were caught lying about more than $7.5 million. She was convicted on "honest services fraud" after Judge Robert Holmes Bell changed the jury instructions accordingly, and for sentencing, prosecutors used "ponzi scheme" again, trying to attest that the jury had found the "ponzi scheme" to be a "fact". Marcusse was given a sentence of 25 years based on the loss of others, making it an illegal sentence. She has spent the last decade behind bars fighting her case and at age 58, she still has fifteen years left to serve. Help give her justice and the freedom she deserves.
