Janet is a skilled business leader and two-time CEO who is passionate about using her knowledge to help others find success in the financial services industry. Presently she is the COO and President of AHP Inc. , a mortgage loan and servicing company. In her professional career, Janet belongs to the Young Presidents’ Organization, where she’s been a member since 2011. She is also a member of an invitation-only organization of 500 of the most successful and influential women business leaders called Committee of 200. She has also been recognized as one of only a dozen top women in financial services by KPMG.

Janet Matricciani began her career as a student at Cambridge University, where she earned her Bachelor's and Master of Engineering degrees. From there, she earned her MBA at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She worked at McKinsey and Capital One before starting her new focus running companies as a Chief Executive Officer.
