Janet Skinner

Janet Skinner founded Skinner and Associates in 2000 with her unique first-hand experience in recruiting candidates from the viewpoints of the corporate vendor, the hospital system, and the executive search firm.

Prior employers included Baxter Healthcare, (Recruiting and Training Manager), Tenet Healthcare, (Physician Recruiting Manager) andHealthcare Recruiters International, (Healthcare IT Recruiting specialization). She combined these talents to create a company that holistically understands the needs of not only the candidate and client, but also those attempting to connect candidates and clients.
