Hello, I’m Janet Wilkes. I grew up in a small town (then in Middlesex) and attended an enormous comprehensive school. I worked in London in a rich variety of jobs, and from my experiences harvested skills and knowledge, into which I delve for inspiration.
After writing my memoir, After the Blossom, in which I remembered with love my husband Keith, I have published several Collections of Poems, including: Singing Birds and Silence, The Loom of Memory, The Potter’s House, The Olibanum Tree, and Another Seaside.
