Janice Graham is the Executive Producer of OUR COMMON GROUND Communications, LLC, producers of live and call-in talk radio broadcasts since 1987. Our Common Ground with Janice Graham and TruthWorks Networks. OCGM&C provides unique and critical informed observation, provokes new ways of thinking, and blazes paths so that her audience moves beyond talk radio as today's entertainment, into a powerful source of information and exchange which becomes the foundation to EMPOWER self, others, and communities.
Her professional experience spans more than 30 years of private industry executive management; political and management consulting and community activism, nationally and locally, resounds in her keen and insightful interviews with guests and interchange with callers. Her program has been the recipient of numerous worthy community honors and media reviews. Her instinct, keen analysis, and "eye on the prize", served in a saucy spice of wit and critical thought and leadership is well respected by diverse audiences.
She was a pioneer woman who broke executive glass ceilings in major corporations such as Polaroid, Raytheon Company, and Wang Laboratories. In 1972, she was named a Boston Black Achiever by the Boston Foundation. In 1983, Boston Magazine lauded her as the first woman corporate executive to lead a national organization in the high-tech industry.
In 1998, she was appointed as a White House Community Builder Fellowship Program by President William Clinton and served as a Senior Executive in the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for more than 20 years.
She is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management and has completed post-graduate programs at Harvard Business School and the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
She was a founding partner in the consulting practices of Goodwin, Mackle and Graham, Inc. and The Peak Performance Group.
For more than 12 years, she was an Adjunct Instructor at Babson College, Brandeis University, Northeastern University, and Simmons College.
She is Mother to Tara and Nonni [Grandmother] to Imani, Miles and Mason.
