Janice Hidalgo

I am a registered nurse, writer, and small business owner currently living in Naga City, Philippines. A registered Filipino nurse since 2005, a full-time mom and a breastfeeding advocate. I am also a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy however, I decided to pursue nursing and obtained my Saudi Council License to work as an Emergency Room nurse in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for 5 years under the Ministry of Health. Working overseas trained me to be well-versed and independent. Being an ER nurse has given me extensive training and skills, which I believe are useful not only in the ER setting, but in our daily lives as well. The responsibilities that I have gave me the opportunity to perfect my abilities and at the same time, have provided me rooms for learning that are essential to my professional and personal growth. Aside from being a healthcare provider, I also love to write articles and essays and topics vary from medical topics, parenting, relationships and fashion.
