Janice Schroeder

I was born on Long Island, New York, and have lived in Queens NY, Doylestown PA and several towns in NJ.

I have been working at Xerox(formerly ACS, EDS and HP) for over two years as a benefits specialist. I was promoted to Beneficiary Support Specialist in 2011, and have continued on to be promoted to Pension and 401k analyst.

Before I was at Xerox, I worked for Comcast and Commerce Bank in their call centers. I have over 20 years Customer Service Experience, including temporary work with Protocall, J&J Staffing, Contemporary Staffing and Nesco Resources.

I have been married for fourteen wonderful years, and in my spare time I write music with my husband.

I have three grown children who I love dearly.

I continue to seek new challenges and avenues both in life and in work.
