I’m an Organisational Developer and Business Psychologist working in Munich, Germany.

Since I am an entrepreneur I love to think strategic and analytic. On the other hand I am an Outside-The-Box-Thinker and love to give impulses and push innovations and great solutions.

I am a fan of behavioral economics, data analysis, digital transformatation (as a chance not as something to be scared of), good leadership and science in general.

Furthermore I am interested in traveling the world and finding wisdom in it, being in the nature and most of all going mountainbiking with my Enduro.
