Janine takes a holistic approach to digital editorial strategy, working backward from distribution channels (social media, email marketing, search) to get the right content in front of the right reader at the right time. She is a proud generalist, a leader of multimedia teams, and a shipper of publications and products.

She is currently building out the creative writing team for Cash App (at Square/Block). Previously, she introduced editorial content into the product at Airbnb.
