Janine has a bachelor’s degree in mass media from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa. and a master’s degree in broadcast and digital journalism from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University in Upstate New York. Janine grew up in Newark, NJ.
Janine is a member of Gamma Phi Delta Business Sorority, the Junior League of Odessa and the National Association of Black Journalists.
