Small Business Owner, Artist, and Writer in Bastrop, TX

At age 61 I reflect, and this truly IS my story: A bout of meningitis and serious motorcycle accident left me needing to become more intelligent about health and creating a biological terrain that supports rebuilding healthy tissue than the average bear. I walk the talk and have learned to live a life that hopefully will inspire those who witness my being to become the healthiest possible version of selves, without becoming fanatic. Aging gracefully and naturally doesn't mean it has to include ugly .... another lovely side benefit of epigenetic technologies is that we are talking about resetting gene expression to a much younger version, which is a beautiful thing to behold on skin. On internal organs, the body responds magnificently. When I speak of epigenetics, this is not about avoiding aging, but cellular tissue viability at a genetic level. Learning to become an advocate for global human sufficiency while lessening risk to our ecosystem is something that lives alongside my ever-elusive goals of total health and wellbeing, while being that Force for Good in the world.
