Psychology graduate with 4+ years of recruitment experience, particularly the sourcing and screening of subject matter experts and IT positions. My experience as recruiter is often marked by volume hiring and seasonal ramp-ups. Apart from that, I have also done sourcing of specialists for different fields: law/legal, foreign language (Japanese), web, creative/design, architecture, among others.

As far as my experience go I have worked with two companies. I am not always on the lookout for new opportunities, as I regard stability as important, but I sometimes welcome invitations whenever I think It's Time, or - this I admit - I find it a good chance to do some research in the market.

Personal Interests

Interested in a lot of things. Among the subjects that pique my curiosity are psychology, medicine, European History, classical and rock music, young adult fiction, and Japanese manga. Free time I spend doing different things, either with friends, family, or alone. I surf the web a lot and I read books, mainly of the YA variety. I also draw a lot of manga and watch anime which I think look promising. I don't write as often as before, but I blog from time to time. I learned piano as a child and still play keyboard. Recently I had also gotten into fencing - my weapon is a French grip foil.
