Biography

Jany is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte Consulting (Customer and Marketing: Advertising, Marketing & Commerce, formerly Analytics and Information Management) with a focus in Marketing Technology.

She is a strategic thinker with 6 years of experience in supporting and leading teams in multi-release, digital, and agile transformation projects within Financial Services and Insurance (FSI – retail banking, insurance), Public Sector (transportation), and Oil and Gas/Energy and Resources.

Jany provides value to her Clients by effectively defining, managing, and delivering on their digital goals. She has led resources of 20+ team members (including vendors, contractors, internal and offshore resources) as a Business Project Manager to successfully launch a high-net worth product; as a Content Management Lead to deliver a multi-release full website re-design; and as a Scrum Master/Agile Catalyst to deliver two multi-release digital accelerator products.

In addition to her Client contributions, Jany leads the canWIN GTA Consulting chapter (as part of the broader Deloitte National Diversity & Inclusion initiative) to promote and foster the social, economic, and political well-being of professional women at Deloitte. She has also starred as acting talent in a few Deloitte corporate videos, and with some voice-over experience.

Her freelance digital strategy experience includes developing digital marketing solutions for specialty restaurants and technology companies at some of Canada's most prominent start-up incubators.

Outside of work, Jany is a serious foodie who enjoys working out, and dining out at hole in the wall to Michelin starred restaurants.
