Jan Zatloukal
software analyst, artist transportation manager, and Q&A in Hlavní město Praha, Česko
Quirky nerd, geeky cook, bookaholic, workaholic, music lover, Czech, caffeine addict and friend on phone always facing new challenges.
I was fortunate enough to get into computing in the early nineties - my mother was working as network administrator since I was born. I've got my first own computer (running MS-DOS and Windows 3.11) in 1995, when I was six years old.
After a few years as a common user (luckily enough my mom was always able to repair my computer) I became interested in not only destroying the software and the hardware but also in tuning it up and repairing it.
My professional experience in IT began in 2011 when I started my career as a data helpdesk technician. Now I work for UPC Czech Republic (one of consumer brands of Liberty Global - the largest international cable company with operations in 14 countries) as a Q&A Lead.
I also work as artist transport manager for Let It Roll (repeatedly awarded as best and biggeest drum'n'bass festival in the world).
My interests range from technology to arts. I am also interested in travel, cooking, and outdoors.
