In 2016-2017, I will be serving as a Member of the American Society for Public Administration, Health and Human Services, Budget and Finance, International Chapter, and Environment and Natural Resources Administration.

In 2015, My new book, Public Administration and Disability: Community Services Administration in the US, was exhibited in Chicago, Illinois, and I attended the Mid-Year Leadership Meeting in Arlington, Virginia.

Recent academic presentations included Health Care Financing in the Community (Racino, 2014) at the Hyatt in Chicago, and Employment First: Individual Financing and Public Policy in Seattle, Washington in 2016.

Thank you to White Eagle Conference Center for offerring its site for summer seminars in community and community services, and to Rome Polish Home for an opening kickoff for Community and Policy Studies and the Square Market reports.

Julie Ann Racino is a proud Alumni of Cornell University celebrating its Sesquicentennial, of Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs as the Number One in its field, and of Rome Catholic High School Class of 1971 as its Valedictorian, and Transfiguration School and Church which celebrated its 100th Anniversary.
