I grew up in the capital of Norway, Oslo, and moved to Bergen to study law in 2004.
After finishing a Master of Law degree in December 2009, I moved back to Oslo and started working in Selmer’s corporate and capital markets department in January 2010. I was licensed as an attorney at law in August 2014.
Today I provide clients with legal advise on capital market transactions, stock exchange listings/de-listings and public and private mergers and acquisitions.
