My name is Jared Young. I'm from the small town of Phoenix, NY, which is about 15 miles north of Syracuse. I graduated from SUNY Oswego with a B.A. in Journalism in May of 2013 after interning with the university's Sports Information department in the spring. I love sports and I don't know what I'd do without them. Sports writing has always been an interest of mine, and someday I'd like to pursue a career as a sports columnist.
