Jared Lokman is a San Diego–based real estate professional with a background in international business, market analysis, and client-focused operations. He holds a Master’s degree in Chinese Economic and Political Affairs from the University of California, San Diego, along with bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Psychology.

Before transitioning into real estate, Jared worked in international trade and operations, supporting cross-border transactions, logistics coordination, and client communication across Asia, Europe, and the United States. This experience shaped his data-driven approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex processes—skills that translate directly into successful real estate transactions.

Jared also brings an entrepreneurial mindset from co-founding and managing a business, where he was responsible for budgeting, vendor relationships, team management, and customer experience. These hands-on responsibilities strengthened his problem-solving abilities, accountability, and commitment to delivering results.

Fluent in Chinese, English, Turkish, and Uyghur, Jared works comfortably with multicultural and international clients, including relocations and first-time buyers navigating the U.S. market. He is known for clear communication, responsiveness, and a practical, transparent approach.

Based in San Diego, Jared lives with his family and is a father of two. Being deeply rooted in the community gives him a personal understanding of what clients look for when choosing not just a property, but a place to call home.
