Jared D. Taylor is a seasoned operations specialist, real estate associate broker, and business strategist with nearly two decades of experience leading, scaling, and optimizing businesses across multiple industries. His work centers on building strong operational foundations, aligning teams, and creating systems that support long-term, sustainable growth.

Jared is a founding leader of Northstar Summit, a management company that unites a portfolio of service-based brands under one mission: to build stronger teams, smarter systems, and sustainable growth. Through Northstar Summit, Jared helps provide centralized leadership, financial and operational strategy, HR, marketing, and cross-brand collaboration—allowing each company to focus on what it does best while operating with consistency, accountability, and integrity.

Over the course of more than a decade, Jared was part of leadership teams that spearheaded operations for several of Idaho’s fastest-growing marketing agencies. His contributions included implementing scalable workflows, automated reporting systems, and operational structures that supported rapid expansion and increasingly complex client portfolios.

Jared has held an active real estate license for nearly 20 years and has served as an associate broker since 2019. While he is not actively involved in day-to-day retail real estate sales, his licensure supports his own investment activity, transaction oversight, and advisory work. His real estate investment portfolio spans more than 50 residential, commercial, and industrial units across Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah, including multi-family housing, office and retail properties, an aviation hangar, and both domestic and international short-term rentals. His experience includes acquisitions, asset management, and value-driven portfolio growth.

Under the Northstar Summit umbrella, Jared remains actively involved in several operating companies, including AdvantaServ (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical home services), American Pump & Drilling (water well drilling and pump services), and Cherry Glass & Aluminum (commercial storefronts, windows, residential glass, and shower doors and enclosures). Across these brands, he supports strategic planning, operations, marketing, and organizational development.

Jared has also consulted in commercial construction, construction logistics, construction project management, and specialized industrial sectors—bringing structure, clarity, and execution discipline to complex environments.

Committed to leadership beyond business, Jared has previously served on a school board and currently serves again. He is also active in church and local service efforts. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, learning to fly, fly fishing, mountain trail riding, and snowmobiling. Jared and his wife Alejandra have been married for over 20 years and call the Mountain West home.
