I grew up in northern New Jersey and have made a home out west since 2007. I have spent much of my life following the instructions of my surroundings; and have learned that this is not the way for me to live. I dream, I dare, I dance, and I love in a way that was foreign to me when I was young. Now, as a man I have learned that life is for the living and I define who I am no matter my surroundings. I have choice, always.

I am a graduate of Naropa University holding a masters degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy and I am a registered Psychotherapist in the state of Colorado. I also hold a Bachelors degree in history and a Masters degree in secondary education both from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.

I have taught United States and World history at the middle and high school levels and have since expanded my horizons to the study and practice of Buddhist and western psychologies. I believe in the inherent goodness in each of us and in the dynamic powers of the masculine and feminine in our unique human experiences.

I am grateful for all of my life experiences and would not change a thing. I believe that we must look into the dark places in order to bring forth our light. As a beloved mentor of mine says "when we turn on the light, the darkness vanishes." Be that light in your life, go to the places that scare you, and expose the darkness for what it is; a place waiting for your light. In doing this you may realize, as I have, that the dark places, once lit up, are not nearly as scary as they seemed.

**_In my practice I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My approach is interpersonal and client-centered in nature. I work from an attachment perspective with issues such as anxiety, depression, transition, addiction, couples work, trauma, insomnia, self care, resourcing emotional regulation, ritual, relationships and other experiences that individuals may face.
