Beer, Wine, and Spirits have always been a passion of mine. The culture is what really drew me in. All around the world these various beverages are celebrated and praised and the stories behind them are often some of the richest and most colorful. That enthusiasm that is directed towards alcohol is what led me into my studies.

In 2008 I began my studies at Johnson & Wales University. It wasn't long before this passion left the classroom and became a lifestyle. Constantly studying, tasting, and creating I was always on the search for something new. This enthusiasm quickly led into the homebrewing hobby. I have been making my own beer, wine, mead, and just about anything that can ferment for quite some time now and that has brought with it a new level of experiences that translate into knowledge about the product. I use this knowledge to help and teach something to everyone I come in contact with.

Just this past year I graduated with a Bachelors in Restaurant, Food & Beverage Management from Johnson & Wales University with concentrations in both Sommelier and Beverage Services. I am currently keeping track of everything I make on my personal blog and constantly keeping an eye on the west coast to take this passion to the next level.
