Honored as 2017 rookie of the year for his work as a real estate agent with Long and Foster in Bethesda, Maryland, Jared Maites joined the tech-focused firm Compass Real Estate in early 2019. In his work in real estate, Jared Maites has focused on residential properties, guiding clients in choosing their desired lifestyles through the selection of a particular home and completing the purchase process as smoothly as possible.
Previously, he spent nearly a decade in the food services industry, most recently serving as production manager at Snap Kitchen in Philadelphia. His prior positions include production supervisor at Land O'Lakes in California and New York, director of manufacturing at Cava Foods, and a field marketing specialist and route sales representative at Potomac Fine Foods.
A Dale Carnegie Course graduate, Jared Maites earned his BFA at Syracuse University where he minored in business. Personally, he supports the Cycle for Survival cancer nonprofit and enjoys snowboarding, attending concerts, and traveling.
