Jared McKiernan is a student journalist at Cal State Long Beach, assistant news editor of the Daily 49er newspaper and intern at New Frontier Publications.

If he's not in the Daily 49er newsroom cooking up a story, you can find Jared in Alamitos Bay where he rows for the CSULB men's varisty crew team.
