I’m Jared R. Clark, a registered U.S. patent attorney and electrical engineer with a practice shaped by technology, intellectual property, procurement, and strategic legal problem-solving.

I’ve spent my career helping people protect inventions, structure technology deals, manage risk, and turn complex ideas into practical business value. My work sits at the intersection of engineering, law, and strategy, especially in areas involving software, AI, enterprise technology, patent portfolios, and commercial agreements.
