I've been in operations for 25 years, 17 of them in plant management positions, and 15 of those in the automotive industry. I launched two brand-new production plants, modernized two existing ones, and developed another three. I have recruited, managed and developed over 200+ members teams, while integrating the company's culture and core values resulting 1% attrition rate and production grow of 33%.
