Jarred Prybutok

I began my career with Polymer Technologies, a manufacturer of custom molded thermal foams and rubbers used for gasketing, isolation, and vibration damping, over 20 years ago packing insulation on the production floor in the shipping department. During my time in college, I worked part time in the sample department for Polymer, and upon graduating I took on a role in sales. I later worked my way up to a Project Manager, a position which I stayed in for many years. I was then promoted to my current position as Executive Vice President of Operations.

I'm currently responsible for overseeing operations, as well as the quality and production of the products we produce and the processes we use to do manufacture them. My biggest responsibility is to identify roadblocks in our processes, and work with staff members to figure out how to solve them and make them better at their jobs.

I love getting to work with the people in various departments every day, and helping them to shape their career and helping them to be as efficient as they can.
