Joseph A. Artley
Joseph Artley began his career in finance at Iron Capitol Advisors in August 2010. Here he was introduced to the financial services sector through hands-on experience, enabling him to apply the concepts he was learning while he worked on his finance degree at Georgia State University. He evaluated cash flow models used to assist the firm advising the different equity strategies of their institutional and individual clients.
Joseph started with with Trustway Insurance Agencies LLC in August 2010 where he served in a multifunctional role. His responsibilities included project management for PTS, a tax preparation service now offered in 10 retail locations throughout the state of Alabama. Assignments also included cash flow evaluation and financial modeling with extensive work in Microsoft Excel.
His career then led him to American Tower Corporation. Here he began his work life's work with Oracle E-Business Suite ERP software. He worked in the accounting department where he quickly picked up on the Oracle Projects, Oracle Fixed Assets, and Oracle General Ledger.
