It seems like in a city full of transplants that I'm one of the few who was born and raised in San Francisco (go Wildcats!). I majored in Finance and Accounting at San Jose State. I started my career as an equity trader, then transitioned to an equity research analyst, and now I'm using my financial analysis skills to assist start-ups in the Bay Area.
I'm also the founder of a value investing group, where members meet to share current investment ideas. Besides value investing, I love being involed in the start-up community. I am the co-founder of Paytiently and we're currently working on a fashion-related app.
In my spare time you can find me playing basketball, trail running, and checking out new restaurants. I also make it a habit to write for at least 30 minutes everyday and one outlet is my investment blog.
