I am a 2012 graduate of the Bryan School of Business at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
I have been working in customer service for the last 20 years in different capacities, but I really strive for the training and development of employees. I want to pass my skills and knowledge to future generations of professionals, and inspire them to strive for the same high level of customer and coworker satisfaction that drives me. I want to be able to lead a team of accomplished professionals, and revamp the way we look at the learning and development of employees in an ever changing environment. Helping others discover their hidden potentials, and believing that potential is there, is the driving force behind my passion. It keeps me looking forward to the future potential of everyone I meet in my career, as well as my personal life.
